We want you to love your Naad 3D products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

 

 

🔁 Returns

 

 

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

 

 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Because our products are often 3D-printed on demand or customized, the following cannot be returned:

 

  • Custom prints (e.g. custom dimensions, colors, engravings)

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

 

 

 

 

💸 Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

🔄 Exchanges

 

 

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Use a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

International customers can return eligible items at their own expense.
